Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time: 3–10 business days

Delivery Time: 3-5 business days domestic shipping 

All orders at Made to Order and are processed within 3 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. FafraLLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for delivery-related issues once your order has left our hands.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. FafraLLC
 is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize there’s an error in your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales are
final. Due to the nature of our products being handmade and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please ensure you review product details, sizing charts, and item descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to see if it is eligible.
